Peter Sleight (director)

Personal Trainer & Massage Therapist

I have been working within the fitness industry for more than 15 years, gaining a Fitness Instruction and Personal Training qualification in Australia.

Teaching all aspects of fitness including Boxing, Power Plate, Ring Training, Athletics, Core Strengthening, Band Training, Olympic Lifting, Diet and Nutrition.

 

I also studied with the Australian School of Therapeutic Massage receiving a Certificate in Massage Therapy.  I continued my massage studies in London gaining a Diploma in Sports Massage including Deep Tissue, Swedish massage and Acupressure.

I have also completed a Diploma in Diet and Nutrition and a Certificate in Postural Alignment at Morley College London.

 

Recently I have studied with the Arni Trust where I was awarded a certificate in Neurological Rehabilitation for Stroke survivors

I also have a certificate in Strength, Conditioning and Kettlebell Training with the British Weightlifter Association (BWLA).


I am always studying something new so I can give my clients the best and most up to date information available.

With many years of experience and enthusiasm, I have an extensive knowledge of the anatomy, physiology and pathology of the human body so I can provide the very best in sports therapy and fitness to help motivate you to a healthier and fitter lifestyle.

I am a qualified and experienced Fitness Instructor specializing in Pilates, Gym, Aerobics, Step and Ante & Postnatal fitness. I work with each client's individual needs to provide each one with a fun and challenging workout. My personality is positive, motivated as well as easy going and I am dedicated to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Mishae Lozada

Yoga Instructor & Massage Therapist

Passion for dance gave me an outlet to experience my own body. This curiosity led me to pursue a career in Holistic Health. Our bodies have a God given ability to heal itself and getting the body to relax is the first step in getting the body in balance.

 My Yoga experience includes Ashtanga and Iyengar styles. The outline of the practice will be customized to each individual with emphasis on foundation: Breathing (pranayama), Energy locks (bandhas), and fluidity of movement (asanas). These one-on-one sessions will focus on alignment and technique so you can take your body to the next level of your practice. Whether you're working on headstand or a beginner, I can help you achieve your goals.

 As a registered Massage Therapist, my education from Canada includes a Sweedish Relaxation Diploma. I worked for two years directly with a Chriopractor in addition to a Spa environment. To relax, to heal, to energize- Massage Therapy does a body good! 

Justine Crous

Personal Trainer

Born and raised in Zimbabwe where I studied Personal Training.  I taught Gymnastics at a private school for 3 years and represented Zimbabwe at the Southern African Championships in Cape Town in Gymnastics.
I also participated in 3 national Aerobic championships winning Bronze, Silver and Gold.
I am currently working at the Harbour Club in Chelsea and planning to study the Advance Personal Training course with the American College of Sports Medicine.
I work great with Children and I have a real passion in all sports.
