Terms and Conditions
  1. Each client is to complete a personal health and medical questionnaire.  The personal trainer will use this information when designing a personal programme for each client.
  2. All clients’ information will be kept strictly confidential.  If the personal trainer requests further medical information from a practitioner, the client must provide such details.
  3. It is the job of the personal trainer to motivate and encourage the client.  It is the client’s responsibility to make aware to the personal trainer how he/she feels prior to the session so client and trainer can work together to achieve the goals of each workout.
  4. It is also the responsibility of the client to be in a ready state for exercise and be on time so that a full session can be achieved on each visit.  It is understood that if the client is late, the session will still finish at the scheduled time and will be charged as a full session.
  5. A full 24 hours notice is required should the session need to be cancelled.  Should the client not fulfil this requirement, the session shall be forfeited and the cost of the session will be charged in full.
  6. The client is required to wear appropriate clothing and footwear.  Clothes should be comfortable and appropriate to the type of training.  Both clients and trainers clothes should be clean.
  7. Whilst all programmes will be designed to be both safe and physiologically sound, liability for the safety and well being of the client rests with the client.
  8. It is the client’s responsibility to inform the personal trainer if the client suffers from any illness or medical condition that may impair the client’s ability to exercise safely and effectively including pregnancy.  The client should cancel the session if he/she feels unwell prior to the session.  It is the client’s responsibility to inform the personal trainer of any discomfort or pain felt during any of the exercises performed.
