The PS Personal Training and Massage Therapy team design programmes to suit your lifestyle and help you get the most out of your workout, whether it be in the comfort of your home, the park our the fitness centre.  We do full fitness assessments, dietary analysis, pre and post natal training, core stability training, weight loss, aerobics, postural assessments and much more.

We provide all equipment and all you need to do is tell me the time and place.  Everything else is provided. You have 24 hour phone support and I am here to answer any questions you may have about your training program, diet or anything else fitness related. Our Trainers are available from 6am to 8pm weekdays and all weekend.

How do i begin?

 

It is easy to start, and there is no time like the present, all you have to do is give me a call and we can chat about what you would like to achieve.  Then we will arrange a time that is suitable for us both and start your first session. This session will be an opportunity for the both of us to get to know each other and to see what you like and dislike, and don't worry, if there are certain things you don't like, we are not going to force you to do them like a military drill instructor, we want you to enjoy the workout.


No matter what your size or shape or what you are hoping to achieve we can together get the results.  Remember often the biggest step to take is the first one, by making the call to me as your personal trainer you are well on your way to achieving everything and more you wish to achieve and getting that body you have always wanted.

The Cost

From £50.00 per hour per person.

Group sessions are available at a discount rate.
